The Magnetic Chamber is a bi-monthly performance event and creation platform where multi-disciplinary artists come together to test out new ideas. For musicians and visual artists this is an opportunity to explore how their work might manifest as a installation or performance, not necessarily with performers, but more like moving objects, lights, sound, and event. For performers this is an opportunity to present work in progress, have access to rehearsal space, technical support and foster new collaborations. The Magnetic Chamber is supported by Sugar Beast Circus Productions.
Coalescing around ideas of electricity and ritual Magnetic Chamber: Part I was created and performed by: Geneva Foster Gluck (Designer), Cait NiSiomon (live video), Paula Poe (thermion), and Sally Rogers (poetry-singing).
